Forty-six lower tier sides have advanced to the Round of 64 of the 2023/24 MTN FA Cup competition.

The matches were played from Friday, October   27,2023 to Monday, October 30,2023.

The qualified clubs will join the 18 Premier League clubs for the Round of 64 draw which will be held later this year.
