Bechem United were gallant losers on Sunday as they threw away a first half lead to lose 2-1 to Accra Hearts of Oak in the 2021/22 MTN FA Cup at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Emmanuel Avornyo gave the Hunters a 45th minute in Kumasi but Caleb Amankwaa and Daniel Afriyie Barnieh scored two sensational goals to give Hearts of Oak their 12th Cup title in history.

Bechem United played with 10-men for over 25 minutes of the match following a red card to Augustine Okrah in the 68th minute.
