The Ghana Football Association has organized a Christmas Community Football Gala competition (Xmas in Ghanaman) and a Children's day event for the people of Prampram and its environs.

This year's event which was held on December 27 was organised by the GFA's Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram as part of its community engagement activities.

The event is also to entertain and unearth talents in and around the communities in Ningo-Pampram and its environs.

GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku and other officials of the GFA joined the Director of the GSCE to kick start this year's competition which was the third edition.

Participating teams included:

Ghana Fire Service Ghana Police Service Great Ningo Stars Serious FC Dewu Fc Wonderful Babies FC Vanity Stars

Great Ningo Stars beat Dewu Fc 2 goals to 1 in the final match to win the competition while Ghana Police Service beat Ghana Fire Service 3 : 2 for the bronze 🥉 medals.

The winner of the competition received a giant trophy, cash prize and footballs. Other participating teams also received various football equipment.
