Asante Kotoko suffered their first defeat in five games to Nsoatreman FC on Thursday – to end their unbeaten run – regardless, the Reds boasts of two wins, two draws and one loss with their last home game against Bechem United ending in a 1-1 draw.
The Porcupines have dominated meetings against Dreams FC at home since the 2015/16 season. Asante Kotoko have beaten Dreams FC three times in four meetings at home. The CAF Confederation Cup campaigners have yet to find their rhythm after grabbing only two wins in their first 8 League games.

Fresh from the defeat to Accra Hearts of Oak, Medeama SC will do battle with Legon Cities at the El-Wak stadium on Sunday. The League champions have a good record against the Royals in Accra having beaten them 1-0 last season.
In Tamale - Real Tamale United will return to the Aliu Mahama stadium as host of Bechem United. The Tamale lads suffered a humiliating 4-0 loss to Nations FC on Wednesday and will aim for a win to restore some pride. Real Tamale United recorded back to back wins over Accra Lions and Karela United before losing to Aduana FC and Nations in their last two outings as they occupy the 12th position with 10 points. Bechem United seem to have picked up from an unconvincing start to the season as they have climbed up to the 6th spot with 11 points.
In Sunyani – Bofoakwa Tano and Nations FC will lock horns at the Coronation Park. Bofoakwa Tano suffered their first loss of the season to Aduana FC on Wednesday while Nations FC shook off their disappointing start with a 4-0 win against Real Tamale United at home. Nations FC are winless in their first four away games while Bofoakwa Tano are also unbeaten at home. Saaka Dauda scored a brace for Bofoakwa Tano at Dormaa but his heroics fell short as his side lost 4-2 to the two-time League champions. Bofoakwa Tano sits in the 5th spot with 11 points – 5 points off the top while Nations FC sit in 15th place with 8 points.
At DUN’s Park - Bibiani Gold Stars will host Accra Lions in another tricky clash.
While Accra Lions are winless in their four away fixtures, Bibiani Gold Stars are unbeaten at home. Lions drew 2-2 draw with Medeama SC in Tarkwa, 1-1 against Berekum Chelsea, lost 3-0 to Accra Great Olympics before picking a point against Bofoakwa Tano after a 1-1 draw in Sunyani.
Gold Stars hold a record of 25 wins at home in 38 League games played at Dun’s Park with 8 draws and 5 losses. The Miners are unbeaten at home this term with two wins against Asante Kotoko and Real Tamale United and draws against Heart of Lions (2-2) and Accra Hearts of Oak (1-1).
