Accra Lions will do battle with Accra Hearts of Oak in the betPawa Premier League at the Accra Sports stadium on Tuesday.

The hosts are on a four game unbeaten run, while Hearts of Oak, currently without a head coach boasts of 2 wins, 6 draws and 2 losses in the ongoing campaign.

The Phobians have scored 6 goals and conceded 5 goals in the process. Assistant coach Abdul Bashiru is now the acting head coach following the dismissal of Martin Koopman.

Accra Lions are winless against Hearts of Oak since their debut season in 2021/22 - with two consecutive losses in two meetings.

Ibrahim Tanko’s side lost 3-0 and 3-1 in the 2021/22 and the 2022/23 campaigns respectively.

Accra Lions will be hoping to maintain their unbeaten run after overcoming a patchy run of form in recent weeks to move out of the relegation zone.
